What distinguishes 2logical in the marketplace?
We cure the disease…
Chronic skill gaps, lack of adaptability, employee apathy, excuse making, lack of persistence and diligence, negative attitudes, reactionary cultures, poor time management, too few real leaders, epidemic levels of turnover, etc. These are the symptoms that frustrate and challenge business leaders on a daily basis. They are also directly linked to the same disease — self-limiting employee Beliefs.
Early on, 2logical came to the realization that core beliefs are the underlying factor that causes certain people to excel while others linger in mediocrity. Simply put, optimal Belief systems lead to optimal performance while self-limiting beliefs cause people to resist change, get rooted in excuse making, adopt negative attitudes and never truly exercise the persistence necessary to perfect critical job skills.

Why did you choose the name 2logical?
An individual's dominant Thoughts and Beliefs are always the underlying driver of the skill sets they will embrace and the actions they will take. If a salesperson doesn't believe they can master the art of closing a sale, no amount of skill-based training will make them a great closer. Why? In simplest terms, because they will never take ownership of the skill and thus they will not practice enough to ever truly master it. The same can be said for the manager who doesn’t believe they can ever truly become a great coach and mentor or the customer service rep who doesn't believe that they can ever truly satisfy the customer.
Since inception, 2logical has always focused on a blended approach to learning whereby we fundamentally refine the Core Beliefs of an individual (to help them to believe) and then teach them the critical skill sets. For better than twenty years this two-pronged approach (developing Beliefs and Skill sets) has never failed to significantly impact performance. When we explain it to progressively minded leaders, they always ask the same question, "Why doesn’t everyone follow this approach to learning and development, it makes so much logical sense?" It is 2logical.
