In the aftermath of the technology bust, copier/printer manufacturer Konica Minolta found itself in a tenuous position. Like all companies in a similar situation, they faced the issues that come with major change: fear among the sales force and the dealerships, resistance to change, and a reluctant, complacent attitude towards making things better. How, then, could they make the necessary changes and increase profitability in the shortest amount of time?
